Since I have been studying and practicing EFT, I have seen patients' chronic ailments, habits and pains disappear within an hour or less. Frequently people just do not believe the pain is gone, and their mind tries to explain it away. But the results are undeniable. What is heartening is that Gary Craig, its founder, offers his manual free to everyone.

Approved LEVEL 1 workshops

  • Workshops are being reorganized because Ruth Trimble has relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. Please contact Ruth for more information or in case you want to have EFT presented at your business or group. Borrowing Benefits groups are also planned for December, so sign up now.
  • Approved Level 1 EFT Course: Saturday (date in January 2009 to be determined) with two instructors: Ruth Trimble, EFT-ADV and Mari Schurian, BASW, CMPNLP, CTLTMP,CMHt, at 6397 Paseo Aspada, Carlsbad, CA 92009. 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 6 hours of instruction with DVD demo, Powerpoint presentations and lots of Hands On practice.   • EFT Groups: Do you need a support group to practice your EFT? Get together and tap with a group--Borrow Benefits. While "Borrowing Benefits," you can clear your own issues and share your own progress with other EFT'ers. It's the fast and cheap way to clear your issues without seeing a shrink or using pills!!! Available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please write or call if you are interested to Ruth. Weekly or bi-weekly meetings $10 per person requested for all sessions of one and a half hours.   • Because of my relocation to Northern California from Encinitas, no Level 2 workshops have been planned until 2009. Let me know if you are interested. If you wish to sponsor one and you have a group ready for Level 2, please write to negotiate a date and time. Level 2 entails 12 hours of instruction which can be a course over 4 weeks x 3 hours, or a weekend of 6 hours each day. I use DVD's, Powerpoints and hands on group practice to better help you understand the principles of EFT.
